Youth Leisure and Recreation Second Home: Hong Kong Playground Association Jockey Club Tsing Yi Youth Integrated Services Centre.
Located on the 2nd to 4th floors of the Cheung Fat Estate Community Centre in Tsing Yi, the spacious facility is primarily dedicated to the development of multimedia and audio-visual media. It features a self-service party room where members can freely borrow band rooms, self-service baking equipment, various board games, Switch, PS5, indoor billiards, karaoke equipment, and musical instruments, aiming to foster the cultural and sports development of youth in all aspects. The centre once launched a unique "$5,000 Self-Enrichment Plan", where youths led the planning of activities with the assistance of social workers, allowing them to give back to the community while learning. Additionally, the centre introduced the "Sound Factory Label Plan", providing practice and performance venues to help youths take a significant step in their musical development. The centre is committed to organizing various free workshops to promote cultural integration, support local original music, and publicize multicultural activities, including Japanese underground idol music performances, doujin summer performance festivals, and Korean Kpop dance performances beloved by young people, offering them opportunities to explore new things.
